• “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed here, or through our mobile application.
• “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users (Job Providers can create Work Orders and hire Service Providers to complete the Work stated in the details of the Work Order and Service Providers can access and request Work Orders and when hired and complete the Work details stated in the Work Order).
• The terms “we”, “us,” and “our” refers to the Company.
• “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.

About the Service

The Service allows you to:

• As a Job Provider: Create Work Orders, Hire Service Providers to complete the Work details stated in the Work Order, Monitor Assigned Work Order, Pay for the Work Order using our secure Wallet system and review services performed by the Service Providers.
• As a Service Provider: Search for available Work Orders posted, Request for desired Work Orders, Log Work Order time, Complete deliverables requested on the Work Order and request Pay Out to added bank account.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their device.

GetWorky provides a platform for connecting job providers and professionals. We do not guarantee job placement or service quality.
